Yes, it's time once again for local government action in our village, as Parish Council will meet at 7.30 p.m. on Monday, October 17th.

We've got a full agenda, courtesy of our newly recruited Clerk, Mark Knight, and Responsible Finance Officer, Simon Ashton. However, we'll be starting with the election of a new Chair and Vice Chair and, hopefully, the co-option of two new Councillors to fill the vacancies left following resignations.

Whilst elections for a new Council will take place in May, there's still much to be done, and if you're interested in finding out what we're up to, do drop in to the Church Room at the end of The Lane.
